CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?


Currently our website does not support displaying multiple currencies. The correct amount will be displayed when checking out with your credit card or Pay Pal or you can use online currency calculator here.




WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Cosmos Sweden cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.




I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.




WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?


If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com




HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEBSITE?


Our online store is protected by the most up to date security firewalls to ensure all data is kept secure. We understand how important secure payment is on any online store, and our checkout process is as secure as it gets. Our site is not only SSL certificate encrypted, but we also allow for payment’s including credit and debit card are through Pay Pal – the safest online payment system available.




WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9:00 CEST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9:00 CEST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking details to update.

Shipping within Sweden takes 1-3 working days

International shipping takes 2-14 working days depending on your location.




DO YOU HAVE AFFORDABLE TIMEPIECES?


Yes, but you also meet the excellent quality for all our affordable timepieces. COSMOS watches are produced with attention and care, with a strong focus on materials, quality and style. We insist on using only the best: sapphire glass encasing our watches, genuine Italian leather, and stainless steel. Simply affordable timepieces with high quality.





PRODUCT SPECS & WARRANTY

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?


We didn't look past one feature when designing Cosmos Sweden. With this said, we went with a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry.




ARE COSMOS SWEDEN WATCHES WATERPROOF?


Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkelling, water related work and fishing. WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.




WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?


Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.




WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?


We use only sapphire glass for our watches.




IS THERE A WARRANTY?


Cosmos Sweden has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.




HOW CAN I ADJUST THE STRAP?


For mesh band: 1. RELEASE CLIP
Using a small screwdriver, lift up the metal clip on the watch clasp.
2. POSITION CLASP
Slide the clasp to the desired position on the watch strap.
3. SECURE CLIP
Press down on the clip with the head of the screwdriver or by reversing the opening movement to secure it into place.
